No account, no sign-up
No email address, no password, no name. Your log is filed under an anonymous ID. Sign in with Apple is optional, asks for no name and no email, and is there so your log comes back on a new phone. Export it or delete all of it from Settings at any time. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored.
Nextmark records what you log. It never tells you what dose to take, when to change it or what to expect; those are questions for the prescriber who knows you.
