Nextmark terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
Nextmark is an iPhone app made by Serhii Alpieiev. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your copy of the app; where these terms are silent, it governs.
Nextmark is a log, not medical care
Nextmark records what you log: your medication, your doses, your injection sites, your weight and your side effects. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for your prescriber or a pharmacist. Using it creates no clinician-patient relationship of any kind.
The app never tells you what dose to take, when to take it or when to change it. Those are decisions for the prescriber who knows you. The next injection site it suggests is a reminder of the rotation you have been following, nothing more.
The medication-level curve is an estimate. It is drawn from the half-life on the label and the shots you logged, and it is shown relative to one dose, with no units. It is not a measurement of anything in your body and says nothing about effect.
Missed-dose, shot-day and dose-step text is quoted from the manufacturer's label, shown with its source. It is the manufacturer's wording, not the developer's advice, and your prescriber's instructions come first. Compounded medication has no such label, so for it the app records what you enter and nothing more.
If you think this is a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or a local health service. The app is not monitored and cannot help you in an emergency.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Nextmark on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app except where the law expressly permits it.
Your data
What you log is yours. The privacy policy says what is stored and who processes it. You can export your whole history or delete all of it from Settings → Data, free, at any time, with no subscription and no request to anyone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Subscriptions
Nextmark's core is free forever and needs no subscription: one-tap shot logging with the next site suggested, the countdown, the shot-day reminder and nudge, history with past and late doses, editing and shot-day changes, the body map, the weight log and its full-history dose and weight chart, the side-effect log, the label text, backup and restore with Sign in with Apple, export and deletion. Nextmark Pro unlocks the estimated medication-level curve, side-effect patterns, day-before and weigh-in reminders, the doctor report PDF and weight import from Apple Health. Nothing free ever moves to Pro.
| Plan | Length | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nextmark Pro Annual | 1 year, auto-renewing | $29.99 / year | Starts with a one-week free trial |
| Nextmark Pro Monthly | 1 month, auto-renewing | $4.99 / month | Starts with a one-week free trial |
Prices are in US dollars for the United States storefront. Your local price and currency are shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy anything. The free trial is for eligible customers. There is no lifetime purchase.
- An auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Cancel or manage a subscription in the App Store: the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A free trial that you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends becomes a paid subscription automatically.
- If you buy a subscription while a free trial is unused, the unused portion is forfeited, as Apple's rules require.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Request one through Apple's refund process.
- If a price ever changes, Apple asks you to agree before charging the new one; a subscription does not silently get more expensive.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with its infrastructure, to attempt to reach another person's data, or to submit content that infringes somebody's rights. Access can be withdrawn where these terms are being broken.
No warranty, and the limits of liability
Nextmark is provided as it is. There is no promise that it is free of defects, that it will be available without interruption, that a reminder will always arrive, or that any particular result will follow from using it. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for missing data, or for any decision you make on the basis of information in the app; and total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date at the top moves when they do, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. A change that reduces your rights will be described plainly rather than quietly folded in.
